It can be hard to leave your loved one in the hands of a stranger. You want to ensure your caregiver is capable, caring, responsible and skilled. That's why all of our caregivers participate in a strong, comprehensive training program. We also closely monitor and supervise our caregivers to ensure your family's complete satisfaction. All of our caregivers go through a series of pre-employment background checks. Our staff will ensure that patients and family members receive ongoing training to enhance and support their skills.
We create our schedules along with you a month in advance so you know who will be with your loved one and when. Having the same skilled caregivers on a regular basis provides comfort for the patient and peace of mind for you and your family. We also assign a clinical coordinator to accompany our caregivers to your home for the first few visits until you feel comfortable with your caregiver and your schedule.
CritiCare Lancaster was founded by a team of RNs who are passionate about improving the health and quality of life of the patients we serve. We assist in developing an individualized plan of care for each patient in collaboration with the patient, their representative, and any other individuals involved in care. Compassion is a cornerstone of our business. We understand that great care is about more than simply doing the right things at the right time. Because our case managers only manage less than 10 cases, we have the time get to know our patients and their families beyond the numbers on their medical chart.
